I have a Belshaw Mark 6 automatic donut frying system. It includes the fryer, fryer table, feed table, feed table stand, rack loader, shortening melter/filter, thermoglazer, and thermolizer. With this system you can fry up to **2 dozen donuts an hour. The thermoglazer allows you to take pre fried donuts that you frozen and reheats them to their original quality and then automaticaly glazes them.
