Dry the teeth with cotton or a tissue and purse the lips away from the teeth to keep the teeth dry during application. Paint the teeth with a thin coating of gel turning the base of the brush as you go along being careful to keep the teeth dry until they are painted with gel. Tilt your head back and keep the lips away from the teeth for ****0 minutes. Brush lightly with toothpaste and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
