Stability In contrast to vitamin E alcohol, Vitamin E acetate is resistant to heat and oxygen. However it is sensitive to alkalis, by which it is hydrolyzed, and strong oxidizing agents. It is stable for at least two years if it is kept in the unopened original container at max. *5℃
