(This experiment platform functions as original real car demonstration) As the frequency converter and three-phase motor are started, the power is transmitted to wheels which are then driven to rotate, by which a running car is simulated. When the brake pedal is suddenly stepped on, the ABS system begins to work and truly demonstrates the working process of the system; and the rotating speed of the wheels obviously changes. Meanwhile, the electronic control system can be tested regarding resistance, voltage, frequency, pulse width, duty ratio, oscillography and conductivity. The computer diagnostic tool can query the ECU code, read the fault code and data stream, analyze the waveform, and test the executive components. The ABS's control process can be demonstrated through signal control simulation. Sensor's electric signal and actuator's control signal can be directly read; electronic control system can be analyzed on the penal; via the diagnostic socket, decoder can be connected to exert self-diagnostic functions such as fault code reading and clearing on the electronic control system.
Fault setting and examination function:
2. There is a dedicated fault setting and clearing area, with integrated circuit board applied in fault setting. The fault setter of integrated circuit applies **-way high current and a dedicated fault setting and clearing area, with the fault setting system intelligentized. This fault setting system is designed as follows:
(1) Up to *1 individual faults or nearly thousand compound faults can be set, with three functions - closed and open circuit, virtual connection, and short circuit faults.
(2) Functions such as fault presetting, permanent saving, and password locking are available.
(3) Communication Data are separately enveloped for the convenience of maintenance and related examination.
