Function description

The automatic water soluble fertilizer production line combine Urea crushing, batching, blending, packing, dedusting system into one whole. The system will automatically weigh and blend as per the different formula, then automatically filling into various size bags to package. Each dump station has the dust collector and the whole system are enclosed and compact construsion, small floor space, low power consuption. This system is fully automatic control, easy operation and maintenance. Using industrial-grade stainless steel, with strong corrosion resistance and long service life.





Function Features

1,The raw materials of the water soluble fertilizer are most fine powder or crystal. The feeding method can be chosen belt feeder or scew feeder.

2,All parts contacting with the material are industrial stainless stell with special painting and anti-arcbridge device to efficiently solve the problem of sticky, caking, bridge, and collapse etc.

3,Weighing and blending speed fast , reduce the materials contacting with the moisture air, it effectively solve water soluble fertilizer easy getting moisture problem.

4,The batching system can store multiple formulas, and fomulation can be fiexble changed.
