The shirts that we make use of are of great quality **5g Carded
Cotton.
The manufacturing operations are situated in George in the
Western Cape in the heart of the picturesque garden route.
The production process is fully vertically integrated and consists
of
several manufacturing operations which cover the full spectrum of
textiles
and clothing production, i.e. yarn spinning, fabric knitting,
fabric dyeing
and finishing and cutting and assembly of garments.
Controlling each of the manufacturing processes has enabled us
to
control its destiny in critical areas such as product quality,
product
availability and costs.
Yarn
Our **0% cotton yarn of various tex counts. Our yarn is subjected
to
stringent quality tests to ensure customer satisfaction.
Fabric
We produce cotton fabrics of various qualities, which are available
in a
wide range of colour's. Our fabric is used in a variety of products
and in a
number of well-known brands and trade marks.
Commission Dyeing
We offer a commission dyeing service where we dye and finish
customers
own fabric at competitive prices. This service is used by several
reputable
clothing manufacturers.
Garments
Pure cotton T-shirts and Golf shirts of superior quality and
superior consis
tency and printability. in adult sizes ranging from S to XXXL. Kids
t-shirt sizes
range from 2/3 years to *3/*4 years.
Prints
A local Artist by the name of Stefan Rousouw drew a range of
Wildlife images in
pencil sketch which are screen printed onto the T-shirts. The
images are lifelike
and do not fade after washing.
Ironing
Can be done directly onto the images.
The African Leopard captured beautifully on these T-shirts.
