Its controlling shareholder Qingdao Yellow Sea Rubber Group Co., Ltd. , derived from Qingdao NO.2 Rubber Factory, which was founded in ***3 and enjoyed the reputation of one of "four big tire families" in China. It went public at Shanghai Stock Exchange on July 8th ***2, becoming the first listed tire company in the Shandong province.
