AdictosCoffee is a Coffee brand  that offers its consumers a product that integrates the best profiles of Nicaraguan coffee.
 
This is achieved because AdictosCoffee is a Blend of coffee from different areas of Nicaragua, these areas are; Jinotega, Matagalpa, Las Sabanas and Dipilto. Each of these zones, due to their soil, climatic and ecological conditions, produces coffee with particular characteristics, of recognized international quality, which, when mixed, produces a unique flavor experience.
 
AddictosCoffee uses three varieties of Arabica coffee in its blend, these are Caturra, Bourbon and Caturra. The grains selected for the blend are of strict height, the drying, screening and roasting processes take place under the standards of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certified internationally.
 
AddictosCoffee offers its blend in whole roasted and ground roasted grain, in three grades of roasting and three grind types. Each of these configurations becomes a coffee with different characteristics and it must be prepared in a particular way. To prepare a cup of AddictosCoffee requires a teaspoon and a half ground coffee and water brought to **1 ° F / *9.4 ° C temperature. AdictosCoffee is available in *8g, **8g and 0.5 kg presentations.
 
Seventy percent of the growers who grow coffee for AdictosCoffee are small producers (1.5 to 7 hectares), who involve their family to manage their coffee farms. When the grain reaches its maturity, it is cut by hand and taken to the wet process where the pulp is separated from the grain, fermented, washed and pre-dried until the grain is harvested at *2% moisture. From this process the coffee is obtained in parchment. Parchment coffee is carried from the farms to the dry benefit infrastructure where it is dried in the sun until it reaches a humidity of between *1.5% and *2.5%. After 4 weeks of rest it is reviewed by quality control.
