Our air Pre-shock V**2 ideally supplements your hot air vulcanisation. We achieve fast profile pre-cross-linking with our robust pre-shock equipment reaching temperatures up to **0°C. All-round profile pre-cross-linking is achieved in the reactor chamber through the clever application of hot air. This also produces excellent profile surfaces and rapid dimensional stability in solid rubber and foam rubber products.
