PROCEDURE:

Buyer  Will Visit Seller At Country Of Origin Of The Gold To Inspect
And Do Laboratory Analysis For Offered Quantity. The Said Analysis
Shall Be Done At The Government Authorized Laboratory, Otherwise Known
As DNGM.
The Laboratory Shall Issue A Certified Assay Report No Later Than
Three Hours  For The Gold Which Is Internationally Accepted.
Buyer Shall Pay Cash Of  The Gold through Bank Wire Transfer (BWT) To
Sellers Bank Account As Provided Herein.
Seller Shall Seal the Gold in a Precious Metal Box Ready for Export to
Buyers Destination Through Aircargo, Or Handcarry.
Seller Shall Process Exportation Of The Gold And Shall Provide To
Buyer The Below Mentioned Export Documents.
Seller Shall Present To Buyer All Original Export Documents For The
Shipping Quantity (*5kgs) For Confirmation, After Which Buyer And
Seller Proceed To Airport For Cargopassing The Gold The Buyers Choice
Airline.

This  Agreement  Is  Binding  Upon  The  Parties  Hereto,  Their
Assigns  And  Successors  And  Is  Signed  With  Full  Authority  To
Act.

EXECUTION OF THIS  AGREEMENT

The  Terms  Of  This  Agreement  Shall  Be  Confirmed  And  Signed  By
 The  Buyer  And  The  Seller  Via  Faxsimile  Or  Email. Said
Executed  Faxsimile  Or  Email  Shall  Be  Binding  And  Initiates
And  Concludes  The  Legal  Liabilities  Between  The  Parties  Of
This  F.C.O by  Signing  Below,  Both  Execute  This  Contract  Under
Full  Penalty  Of  Perjury.
