1. With high intensity, strong ability of anti-pressure, the shell enable the valve can be safely used in gas, liquid and the system of ammonia and fluorine. The valve body is the  kind of extrusion molding product that is made of high quality carbon steel (20 steel), seamless steel tube in accordance with GB/T8163 (each with NDT), stainless steel pipe or a composite pipe and it is molded after being welded with other parts and contracted on both ends through eliminating the stress annealing and blasting. After tested and confirmed by the Institute of Boiler Pressure Vessel Safety Inspection of Henan province, this series of welding valve conform to the regulation of the "refrigeration unit with cut-off valve" (JB/T7245-1994). Under the pressure of 2.5 MPa and the temperature from  - 50° C to 160° C, it has zero leakage in the aspect of air tightness, upper seal and the on/off seal with pressure.

2.The advanced structure of the valve. The valve body is made of quality carbon steel seamless steel pipe, stainless steel pipe or composite pipe through being extruded wholly. The splice without weld joint, which is initial in our country, has completely eliminated the risk factors of the potential leakage caused by weld defects and weld joint fracture, which ensures the quality of the valve body.

3. The fine seal performance. The high precision "O" type of sealing ring between the valve stem and valve cover, the suitable temperature of the sealing ring material from - 46 ° C to 150 ° C, the tetrafluoroethylene packing and three layers of sealing, have completely eliminated factors of leakage. All gasket seals have been sealed by tetrafluoroethylene gasket, which bring the  resistance to the strong acid, strong alkali, ammonia and fluorine.

4. The valve stem is made of stainless steel, which enables the valve stem to have ability of corrosion resistance and long service life. The precision cylindrical grinding process has been adopted for the stem seal to ensure the good seal performance of the sealing ring and valve stem.

5.The design of back sealing enabled the valves to be repaired in the running status of the system.

6. The best protection of the anti-rust and anti-corrosion. The high-quality anti-corrosion materials have been used on the product surface and the zinc series phosphating process on both inside and outside surface to ensure the performance of the anticorrosion.

7. The reducing process has been adopted on both ends of three-way of valve body to produce  the chamfers that are connected by the way of welding, which thoroughly has solved not only the problem of the loosing by flange connection and leakage of the flange, but the worldwide problem of the leakage between the pipe flanges as well.
