Bromelain is belongs to a group of protein digestive enzyme obtained commercially from the fruit or
stem of pineapple plant.. It is extractected from stem of pineapple. Bromleian consist of different closely
related proteinases which are good anti inflammatory, antithrimbic and fibrinolytic agent.
Bromelain is mixture of different thiol endopeptidase and other compound like phospshatase, glucosidase,
peroxidases Bromelain exhibit its activity in wide range of Ph.bromelain in stomach and intestine bringing
about both digestive and systematic properties.
