Agent CIQ Service Process:

 

Step 1: Confirm With Our Sales Regarding Whether the Goods Can Do CIQ, Whether Accord With The Requirements Of The China Inspection And Quarantine.

Step 2: Provide Accurate Packing List One Day In Advance, So That We Can Arrange Inspection and draft the CIQ certificate for your confirm.

Step 3: Move the container or the goods to our CIQ warehouse,unloading, invite inspection personel to warehouse for inspection.

Step 4: Inspection, Photo-Taking, Loading, Lock CIQ Seal,after all finished, container Leave The Warehouse

Step 5: Verify The Document, Sign Out The Certificate ( 7~*0 Working Days CIQ certificate ready)

 

KINDLY REMINDER:

 

1. CIQ Draft Need to Be confirmed Before CIQ Inspection. Name Of Commodity Confirmed Cannot be Revised.

2. If There Is Any Brand, Should Advise in Advance, No matter it is Famous/Customs Recorded Brand or common brand of manufactuer's/Importer's.
 
3. When Arrange Trucking, Better Prepare Two Seals.

4. Factory Loading with **2 Box Samples(Better With Shipping Mark On Outer Package) of The Goods Declared at The Container Door Place, So That We Can Find It Easily And Give to

The Inspection Personel to Take Photos.
 

5. The Driver Must Be Sure To Obey To Our Scheduling, Especially When Have Many Containers. If The Driver Not Obey To Our Scheduling, May Cause Delay of Inspection or Container

Returning Time, Also Influence Our Overall Arrangement.


6. For Wooden Pallet And Packaging, Plywood No Need Fumigation, Raw Wood Must Do Fumigation; If Your Factory Have Been Done Standard Fumigation, Please Send To Us The Original Fumigation Certificate, If Haven’t Do It, We Can Agent.
