Product Overview
XBC series diesel-engine fire-fighting pump developed by Shanghai Semhai Pump, in strict accordance with national standards GB********8 for "Requirements and Test Methods of Fire-fighting Pump Performance " and the American Fire-Fighting Association standards NEPA*0 "Installation of Centrifugal Fire Pump ", with auto-function to meet both market demand and operation condition ,when the fire occurred at building and power supply system failure, electric fire pump out of work, emergency diesel engine fire pump will automatically put into operation to ensure that the normal fire fighting work to protect the safety of life and property.
XBC series diesel engine fire pump are equipped with fire pumps,like IS series single-stage single-suction, SOW series of single-stage double-suction pump, SHD series of multistage segments pump. The equipped diesel engine are all from domestic or imported products with high quality, with characteristics of a good start, strong overload capacity, compact structure, easy maintenance, simple to use, high degree of automation, is an advanced, reliable fire-fighting equipment.

Performance features
1,With 3 types of perfect starting-functions:
(1).Manual start function: Manual-start function can be achieved by manual- automatic interlock through the switch;
(2).Automatic-manual functions: allowance of 3 starting times,it issued a "starter failure alarm" and automatically exit the starting state if unsuccessful starting for 3 times; Time to the rated load start time is ******5S (by unit capacity sizes ) after successful start for first time;
(3).Emergency manual direct start function: Manually direct start function of emergency can be achieved when the self-controlled device failures .
2. Automatic operation: When the pump unit receives a valid signal fire,the diesel fire pump will automatically start running if the pump can not start normally due to the power supply system of fire pump motor interrupt or phase or failure,once the power supply system returns to normal or electric pumps can be run properly, it can automatically switch to the electric pump.
3. Automatic shutdown: Diesel fire-fighting pump will delay and shut down automatically when the fire signal disappears..
4. The battery self-charge function: The battery can be charged automatically by electrical mains power of diesel engine, to ensure a smooth start of the unit.
5. Perfect indicating system: Ready to start, manual start, automatic start, unit operation, unit shutdown, battery charging, speeding, low oil pressure of lubrication oil, low oil pressure of turbocharger, low oil temperature of engine lubricating, high water temperature of cooling system, low voltage of battery, low fuel level , regular inspection.
6. Perfect alarm or protection system: Alarm or protection of failure start for 3 times, overspeed, low lubricant oil pressure,low oil pressure of turbocharger, high temperature of cooling water, low temperature of lubricating oil, automatic charging device failure,low battery voltage,high battery voltage,low fuel level.
7.Perfect display systems: engine oil pressure, engine speed, battery charge current, battery charging voltage.
8.Direct-coupled: Diesel engine and water pump are connected by high-flexible coupling, on common channel base, with compact structure, good overall performance, less failure and vibration, convenient installation on-site construction.
9.With high pressure and big flow capacity: By selection of IS series single-stage single-suction, SOW series single-stage double-suction pump, SHD series segmental multistage pumps, to meet the needs of different fire occasions.
*0.Be adjustable of flow and working pressure: Diesel pumps fitted with mechanical or electronic speed governor, it can be adjusted to change the speed of the diesel engine when the pump flow and head are inconsistent with the actual data.
*1.With pre-heating device of water temperature: The unit is equipped with AC**0V cooling water preheating device, to guarantee the normal work environment at a temperature below 5 ℃
*2.Double battery circuit: When a group of battery failure, another one can be automatically put into operation.
*3.Maintenance-free battery: No need to add supplemental fluid frequently.
*4. Automatic timing inspection test: Fire system usually is in standby mode, the unit can automatically complete the device testing for standby condition and timely warning.
