Brief Description

Composed by bridge / main girder (2 sets), end carriage (2 sets), electric trolley, operator cabin / manual control / remote, electric control device, steel rail, rail accessories, contact conductor, the double girder overhead crane (QE type) has such characteristics as large span, heavy lifting capacity, high working efficiency, smooth operation, low noise and so on. That can be widely used in power plant, steel structure workshop and other place to lift / turn over / tip over large piece of working parts.

Main Technical Specification

- Lifting capacity can be 3.2*3.2, 5.0*5.0, *0.0**0.0, *0.0**0.0, **0/*0***0/*0, **0***0t.

- The span (from rail-center to rail-center) can be *0.5m, *3.5m, *6.5m, *9.5m, *2.5m, *5.5m, *8.5, *1.5m or other length required.

- Lifting speed can be single speed (like 8m/min), or variable speed (like 1.*8~*2.8m/min) by frequency inverter.

- Lifting height can be *6m or as required.

- Trolley traversing speed is depending on the SWL of the crane (e.g. trolley speed for 3.2*3.2t double trolley overhead crane is *0m/min, for 8*8t is *7m/min, and etc.).

- Traveling speed of the crane can be designed according to real requirements

- Control method can be pendant control, cabin control, remote control, or combined one.

- The working duty is A5~A7 (ISO standard).

- Power source for double trolley overhead crane is 3ph, **0V, *0Hz or the one of your local power. So, please let me know it when you send your requirement.

- The working ambient is **5℃-**0℃.

Material for Crane Construct

- Material for general crane construct is Q**5B, which should be changed into Q**5B when the limit temperature is below **0 centigrade.

- Material for crane wheel is *5Mn or *2 CrMo.

- For hook is forged casting steel or customers required.

- The steel rope is flexible one or customer’s required.

Component Used on Crane

- Electric motor is well-known one in China, like Jiamusi or other international one like ABB, SEW and so on as customer’s requirement.

- Such important electric components as breaker, contactor, and fuse are of Schneider, Siemens and so on.

- Other ones can be followed according to our customer’s requirement.

Package

- Main girder and end carriage covered by rain-proof clothes or equivalent.

- Other components like electric motor, electric hoist, cable and so on in plywood box.

- Pipe pieces like handrail, ladders are bundled and coat with yellow oil for transportation.

- Some other package methods which will benefit our product will also be appreciated.

Delivery

- Delivery time for the crane with lifting capacity less than 3.2*3.2t is *0 working days after payment advance. And for the capacity more than *0**0t should be negotiated according to site requirements and our workshop scheme.

Shipment

- Dispatch port can be Shanghai Port, Tianjin Port or some other China port suitable for loading of such equipment.

- Open top container will be recommended for the crane with main girder is less than *2m.

- Bulk cargo vessel will be used for crane with length of main girder is more than *2m.

- We can recommend our forward to our customer, and the forward appointed by our customer is also appreciated.
