Upstream bidirectional sealing valve
Fixed ball valve uses advanced spring preload floating valve seat assembly. The design mechanism of upstream seal can ensure the seal no matter in low pressure, high pressure, vacuum. Each valve has two valve seats, two direction can be sealed, so the installation havent direction restriction, no matter which end can be the valve upstream end for it is a two-way valve.

Double block discharge valve
When fixed ball valve is in the fully closed state, the fluid will be completely blocked by the upstream and downstream seat, so the medium and stagnation of dirt in the cavity can be discharged. And this can reduce damage of the dirt on the valve sealing surface so as to prolong the life of the valve.
Middle cavity automatic decompression
The fixed ball valve uses spring preload valve seat, when the pressure of stagnant medium in the cavity boost abnormally, the spring will be compressed and release pressure automatically.
Full bore or diameter shrinkage
We supply full size or diameter shrinkage structure according to applications. Full bore valve flow aperture is consistent with the pipeline diameter and easy for pipeline cleaning.
Fire-proof structure
In the case of accidental fire or abnormal temperature rise cause non-metal seat softened and damaged, the special designed seat support metal sealing surface and ball sphere will form metal-to-metal contact with the effect of spring load. And it will play the role of instantaneous seal. Comply with API6FA or API**7.
Auxiliary valve grease
When valve seat and valve stem seal system are damaged, sealing grease can be injected through the grease injection to valve and temporarily seal the valve.
Valve seal system
we use the two O sealing ring inside and outside the stem to seal, of which performance is reliable.
Valve stem extension
According to the need of installation and operation, the valve stem can be lengthened. The extension stem ball valve is particularly suitable for occasions when city gas pipeline buried-laying. Long stem size according to customer needs to be determined.
Flexible operation
Using the Teflon (TEFLON) valve seat and stem bearing with small friction coefficient and good self lubrication can greatly reduce the valve operating torque. Therefore, even if in the case of no grease, the operation of valve is also very flexible.
