Four kinds of rubber for your choosing:

Neoprene:

Neoprene has good physical and mechanical properties, oil resistance, alkali corrosion, heat resistance, flame resistance, heat resistance, ozone, acid and alkali resistance, chemical reagent. While its weathering resistance and ozone aging is only be less than ethylene propylene rubber and butyl rubber; heat resistance is almost the same with nitrile rubber. And its decomposition temperature can reach 230 to 260°C, it can withstand 120 to 150°C in short terms, can be used for a long time under 80~100℃, thus it is flame retardant to some extent. The oil resistance of nitrile rubber is only less than nitrile rubber. Good resistance to inorganic acid, alkali corrosion. Poor cold resistance, electrical insulation is not good.

PVC:

PVC(Poly Vinyl Chloride), vinyl monomer (VCM) is a kind of polymer under polymerization reaction of peroxide, azo-compounds and other initiator, or free radical polymerization by light, heat effect. The material is a kind of non crystalline material, when it is in practical use, it is often added stabilizer, lubricant, auxiliary processing agent, pigment, anti-impact modifier and other additives. It is with low flammability, high strength, excellent resistance, weather resistance, and geometric stability. PVC has strong resistance to oxidant, reductant and acid. However, it can be oxidized by concentrated sulfuric acid, such as concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid and is not suitable for the areas with aromatic hydrocarbons and chlorinated hydrocarbons.

TPV or VAMAC:

TPV is easy to weld, reusable, and environmentally friendly.

The main features of three TPV

3. Excellent tensile strength, high toughness and high resilience;

4. Excellent environmental protection performance and can be reused;

5. Excellent electrical insulation properties;

7. A wide range of the usage of temperature;

8. Various color: all transparent, translucent, light color series, easy to color, manufacture, and extrude;

9. Can be injected and extruded with PP, PA, PC, ABS, PS, PBT, PET and other materials.

EPDM:

Compared with other commonly used rubber or special rubber, the main performance advantage of EPDM rubber lies in the following several aspects

(1) the price is more cost efficient, the density of raw rubber is only 0.86 ~ 0.90kg/m3, which is the lightest and commonly used rubber; and can be filled with a lot of materials in order to reduce the cost of rubber.

(2) It is with excellent anti-aging properties, weather resistance, ozone resistance, resistance to sunlight, heat resistance, water resistance, resistance to water vapor, resistance to ultraviolet light, radiation resistance etc.

When used with other unsaturated dienes rubber such as NR, SBR, Br, NBR, and Cr, EPDM can play a role in polymer anti oxygen agent or antioxidant.

(3) Excellent chemicals, acid, alkali, detergent, animal and vegetable oils, alcohols, ketones resistance etc., outstanding hot water resistance, water resistance, steam resistance, oil resistance.

(4) Excellent insulation performance, the volume resistivity is -1016Q.CM, the breakdown voltage is 30 ~ 40MV/m, the dielectric constant (1kHz, 20) is 2.27.

(5) Used for a wide range of temperature, the lowest temperature is -40 ~ -60, and can be used for a long time at 130℃.
