SPECIFIC TREATMENT OF PNEUMONIAE, MASTITIS
INGREDIENTS:
Gentamycin sulfate.............3g
Tylosin tartrate...................2g
Excipient qs .................**0ml
 
INDICATIONS:
Treatment of dieseases: pneumoniae of swine, mastitis, dysentery, CRD, dermatitis, Arthritis
 
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Cattle: 1ml per *0 kg body weight/ day.
Pig, dog: 1ml per 8 kg body weight/ day.
Poultry: 1ml per 5 kg body weight/ day.
Intramuscular injection for **5 consecutive day.
 
RECOMMENDATION:
Stop using *8 days before slaughter   STORAGE: Below *0oC. Store in dry place, airy.   FOR VETERINARY USE ONLY
