Tunisian Harissa Paste
Harissa is a fiery chilli paste from Tunisia in North Africa
traditionally used alongside couscous.
Also useful to add to soups, stews and sauces and to rub over
A good way to improve your harissa paste is to add a drizzle
of olive oil1 tspn of toasted cumin seeds, a few
chopped fresh coriander leaves, half a clove of fresh garlic and
half a squeezed lime.
