1. What is HHO gas generator



HHO gas generator is able to separate clean soft water (H2O) into hydrogen and oxygen gases, using a small amount of electric power through a special



process. These gases are then mixed and delivered for use in a wide variety of applications, such as heating, brazing, cutting, etc. which currently use



LPG or other gas for fuel. When burned, this fuel generates no green house gases or pollutants, and burns at virtually **0% efficiency. This certainly has



the potential for becoming the most significant advancement in fuel for the *1st century.



2. What is the HHO gas flashback arrestor



1)The flashback arrestor, which is installed in the gas out end of valve, can keep from backfire and protect the sealing ring of



valve when there is any back-fire. Therefore it can extend the service life of valve sealing ring.



Some torches in the present market cannot keep the machine from backfire, the sealing ring of torch valve will lost effectivenessafter using some time so



that it will cause back-fire. Some install the flashback arrestor in the gas-in end of valve, therefore, it will hurt the sealing ring when there is any



back-fire, let back-fire enter into the gas-out end of flashback arrestor, it may cause that the flame is still burning in the exit of flashback arrestor



after closed valve so thatit will damage the torch.



As a result, our oxyhydrogen torch has installed a flashback arrestor in the front of valve. If there is any back-fire when closing the valve, the



flashback arrestor will stop back-fire entering into the valve automatically. So the flashback arrestor will flame out automatically because of no gas, the



flame won't reach to the valve forever and sealing ring will get the efficient protection.

4.Model of flashback arrestor

FA0:either ends is M*6*1.5 standard screw thread, apply in connecting with metal pipe or cylinder pressure reducing valve.  

FA*1: either ends are leather hose joint 8mm, to install in the leather hose.  

FA*2: either ends are leather hose joint 5mm, to install in the leather hose.   

 

3). Notice

1) The arrow mark on the flashback arrestor refers to the direction of airflow under the normal work.You shouldn't install it reversely,otherwise the gas



cannot pass through. You should check the joint whether there is any gas leakage.

2) The flashback arrestor is forbidden to be opened. Once it is opened,you must do the efficiency test again.Qualified ones need to present the conformity certificate again,or it cannot be installed to use.

3) Once the flashback arrestor have any damage, you must stop to use immediately and renew it to continue to use.The flashback arrestor must force to bereplaced after using for half a year.

4) You must do the inspection by using the qualified efficiency test equipment when examining and repairing the flashback arrestor, qualified ones need to



present the conformity certificate again. If you haven't specialized efficiency test equipment, you need to replace it instead of repairing.

5) The factory package should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, the flashback arrestor is forbiddento touch anything smeary and corrosive. Do not throw it heavily or the flashback arrestor will be damaged.
