2. Machine Description

(1) Machine Part

This machine is using double position welding mode to seal weld for filter components. Mainly composed of imported 

fiber laser, laser welding head of US Lasermech, double-station worktable,welding fixture, MITSUBISHI PLC control system, CCD monitoring system, smoke dust removal 

system, specific water chiller and so on.

(2) Working Way

This machine is double-station welding machine. The work piece is removed and installed outside the protective cover of the worktable, then 

move into the cover to weld. To complete the welding of the double-station work piece by moving laser welding head.

The laser welding head is installed on the working platform of the welding beam. The welding head is sent to the 

corresponding welding position through the moving of working platform and then weld on each work piece of double 

station.

(3)The welding area is placed in the laser protection cover. Adopted interlocking control between the protection cover 

and laser. When welding, the cover must be closed to prevent misuse and isolation of laser radiation.

(4)Through the coaxial CCD monitoring system on the laser welding head, it can be convenient to carry out the 

welding alignment.
