The whole production line adopts the design of 16-cavity block machine unit; the designed output is: 16-cavity × 0.333m⊃3;/block × 6-molding/hour × 24 hours × 300 days=230 thousand sqm/year

1. Dosing system: The system is composed of water measuring device, powder materials metering device, compressed air system, rack, etc.

a. Water measuring device includes:stainless steel tank No.2, water inlet, stop valve, electromagnetic valve, adjustable water level signal generator, chain for adjustment No.24, overflow water pipe No.21, pneumatic water discharge valve No.23, blow-off pipe No.22 which is linked with the top cap of the mixing machine, etc.

b. Powder materials metering device includes: anti-sticking coating covered electronic scale measuring hopper No.4, electronic sensor, vibrator, pneumatic discharging valve No.26, material weight monitor, electronic control device, etc.

c. Compressed air system includes: whole set of compressed air, air source treatment unit, soft and hard pipe, spray gun and nozzle equipped with release agent cylinder, etc.

d. Rack: It is used to fasten the above listed equipments, facilitate maintenance, etc.

2. Mixing machine of gypsum block production machinery line

It is composed of mixing machine rack, stainless steel mixing tank No.14, openable stainless steel top cap No.20, spray pipe which is installed on the top cap, motor blender No.19, discharging oil tank No17, etc.

3. Forming machine of gypsum block production machinery line
The forming machine is designed based on the formwork erection jacking theory. Besides the described mold characteristics, the forming machine also includes: hydraulic forming scraper which is installed over the cavities and on both sides of the mold, bottom die with sealing device, as well as rack, base, beam, column, the main oil cylinder, ejection head, signal generator and other components.

4. Central hydraulic station of gypsum block production machinery line
It includes: high and low pressure oil pump and drive motor, fuel tank (with oiler, liquid level indicator, hook, etc.), electromagnetic valve, one-way throttle valve, unloading valve, check or double check valve, discharging stop valve, oil filter, high and low pressure gauges, various valve seats, pipe fittings and so on. If necessary, manual pump, various valves, electric indicator light, electric control device of hydraulic caution light and other devices can also be included.

5. Pneumatic flexible fixture of gypsum block production machinery line

Pneumatic flexible fixture-on-rails: install fixturing trolley with wheels on two rails.The trolley can move at high or low speed, advance and retreat, and has the functions of brake positioning. The main body of pneumatic flexible fixture cooperates with the elevating rails of the trolley frame. It can adjust the elevating speed through the control of signal generator. So this pneumatic flexible fixture-on-rails can conduct accurate three-dimensional positioning and guiding. It can form a full-automatic machine unit with above mentioned equipments through programmable logic controller (PLC)

6. Automatic control system of gypsum block production machinery line

The system uses programmable logic controller (PLC), and is composed of a box, an electric control cabinet and other devices near the operators.

The shape of gypsum block is a flat cuboid with tenons and grooves on four sides in vertical and horizontal directions, respectively. In addition, gypsum block can be divided into two categories: solid and hollow block.
According to the Draft International Standard, the length of gypsum block should not be greater than 700 mm, the block height should satisfy a block surface area of not less than 0.25 sqm, and the thickness is 60 ~ 150 mm. Recommended block size: 666 mm in length, 500 mm in height, 60 mm, 70 mm, 80 mm and 100 mm in thickness, that is: three piece of blocks form a wall surface of 1sqm.
