Description

It is a gypsum-based mortar with perlite which can be apply between 10-30mm thickness onto interior walls and ceilings by machine spraying.

• Gives smooth and brilliant surface ready to paint with one coat application.
• Reduces application process, save time and labour.
• Stabilize ambient humidity.
• Helps heat and sound insulation.
• A1 class non-combustible material.

It can apply to brick, concrete, gas concrete, briquet etc. surfaces.

• Ambient temperature must be at least +5oC.

• Sections should be closed which causes air-flow.

· Fractures, cracks and defects should be corrected on surface.

· Dry and hot surfaces should be wetted.

· Surfaces should be cleaned from subtances (dust, dirt, oil, paint, etc.) which are preventing adhesion of plaster.

· Atiskan Betontak Plaster Primer should be used to improve adhesion on ceilings, smooth and absorbent surface applications.

· Pour Atışkan Machine Spray Plaster into a machine container. Water ratio is adjusted by valve according to consistency.

· Metal bears should be used on walls to get the best result without wastage.

· Ready mixture can spray horizontally between metal bears and spread to the surface with a metal straight-edge by first levelling.

· After 30 minutes of the first levelling, second levelling should be apply on surface.

· After 45 minutes of the second levelling, surface is wetted and floated with rubber trowel.

· After 15 minutes of the floating process, obtain a smooth final surface with stell trowel.

· Do not add any other material (lime, sand, etc.) into mixture.

· Water adjustment of machine should be checked frequently.

· Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact wash with plenty of water.

Do not use any place except where application areas noted.

10kg/m2 Atışkan Machine Spray Plaster for each 1cm thickness.

6 months for storage in closed bag and humidity proof conditions.
