Our product grows from the fertile soil of Huaiqing, where has gathered the rich nutrients of different geologic conditions from various regions in upstream of the Yellow River, absorbed massive micro-elements seeping from karst topography of Tai-hang Mountains, taken shelter of the grand Tai-hang Mountains, and integrated the advantages of mountains and river to render porous and fruitful soil, prompt drainage, abundant precipitation, peculiar water quality, adequate sunshine and moderate climate.
The nutrient contents in waxy corn kernels are higher than ordinary corns, including *0 ～ *5 % of starch, *0% plus protein, 4 ～ 5% of fat, 2 % of multiplex vitamins. The protein, VA, VB1 and VB2 in kernels are more than rice. The contents of fat and VB2 are the highest. Yellow corn also includes vitamin A (carotene) which is absent in rice and wheat. The genetic function of wx gene in waxy corn has changed the type and nature of endosperm starch. The molecular weight of waxy corn starch is less than 1/*0 of ordinary corns, and the ratio of consumption to digestion is *0% higher than ordinary corns.
