Source: Pre consumed PET bottles 
Color: *9% clear transparent/tint blue 1 % color
Quantity: ***0 MT per month
Loading: *2 MT per *0' HC container
Port of loading: Jeddah Saudi Arabia

Origin: EUROPE, AMERICA, LIBERIA, RUSSIA (SELLER CHOICE)
Contract: SPOT or ANNUAL CONTRACT (*2 months) 
Incoterms: FOB or CIF-ASWP

Payment Options: 
LC or TELEX WIRE TRANSFER (TT) at sight upon presentation by the seller of all agreed documents required for payment.

Delivery: within *0 to *5 days (OR LESS) as will be scheduled in the contract.
Inspection: SGS or BUREAU VERITAS at loading port.

Preliminary procedures: 
? Buyer sends (LOI or ICPO + BCL/RWA);
? Sellers issues sends FCO - Full Corporate Offer;
? Buyer return FCO signed and seal (on each page);
? Seller send DRAFT CONTRACT;
? Buyer return DRAFT CONTRACT signed and seal (on each page);
? Seller send HARD CONTRACT;
? Buyer Visit yard & material (if required):
? Buyer Open payment instrument (TT or LC)
? Shipment commences as per the terms of the contract schedule.
