This production line can be used to produce mono-layer or multi-layer PP,PE,ABS,PS,HIPS sheet with the width less than ***0mm and thickness of 0.**2mm. The final product are widely used in the thermoforming fields such as stationery ,disposable water cups, lunch boxes, jelly cups, beverage cups, food container, etc.

Extruder: Appropriate single-screw extruder (exhaust or not) is chosen according to different material. The specially designed screw and advanced temperature controlling system ensure the good plasticization, high output and stable extruding.

Screen changer and mould: The hydraulic quick screen changing device ensure screen changing without material-leakage and machine stopping, and the effect is fast and efficiency. Based on material difference, the moulds is adopted T-type. Melt dosing pump can be used according to the different materials to guarantee stable extrusion and even thickness.

Three-roller calendering machine: It adopts inclined(*5°)three-roller calendering machine, equipped with roller temperature controlling device, the space of three roller can be adjusted manually and automatically, it has emergency stopping function to ensure safety.

Cooling bracket: Equipped with corresponding guide roller, the cooling effect is better. In addition, the edge-shearing and parting off device equipped can guarantee fixed width of plates and quality of edge.

Hauling off machine: It adopts butyronitrile rubber roller and steel roller to ensure stable hauling off.

Transverse cutting machine: It is used for fixed length cutting. It adopts axis coding device for counting, making cutting error less than 2mm. It is synchronize with sheet producing guarantee the quality of cutting profile and the cutting action is steady for a long time.

Winder: It adopts double-position winder and torque motor to guarantee synchronizing extruding and winding speed. The friction coiling machine can be used depend on customer's request.
