Construction:
A helically convoluted PTFE (polytetrafluorethylene) inner tube, medium wall, with an outer cover of AISI **4 high tensile stainless steel braid.
 
Properties:
The hose is virtually resistant to all chemicals, except molten alkali metals or halogens at elevated temperatures.  It is non-stick and easy to clean with a temperature range of **0° C to ***0° C.  The mechanical resistance for vibrations and flexing is excellent.  The product is chemically inert, non-ageing and has a very good U.V. resistance.  The low co-efficiency of friction ensures low pressure drop.  It is non-flammable and FDA. approved for food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical applications.

1.Description
There are three types of PTFE pipes: For a pipe with outside diameter 1~*5mm and thickness of wall 0.1~2.5mm, we choose imported polymerized PTFE resin and process it by pressing; For a pipe with outside diameter *5~**0mm and thickness of wall 1.5~8mm, we choose suspended PTFE resin and process it by extruding; For a pipe with outside diameter *5~**0mm and thickness of wall 5~**0 mm, we process it by die pressing.
