As a new road cleaning vehicle, road flushing sweeper uses a unique V-shaped suction nozzle developed by our company. It combines sweeping and high pressure flushing for separate road flushing and at the same time for road brushing. The vehicle doesn't produce flying dust and leaves no water deposit or dirt during and after sweeping and therefore is suitable for high-end road conditions. The vehicle is an upgrading product for tradtional cleaning vehicles.

Features:

1. The sweeper uses Dongfeng Class II chassis(with modification) which meets national emission standard III and features excellent operation performances.

2. It has three working modes: left-side flushing, right-side flushing and square flushing and is suitable for all road conditions cleaning and can meet difference work requirements.

3. The working device is separately driven by an auxiliary engine and the performance not affected by the traveling speed of the vehicle. The rpm of the auxiliary engine can be freely adjusted based on road conditions for best cleaning results.

4. The in-line arrangement of high pressure water pump and auxiliary engine makes it possible to have a larger clean water tank which guarantees a continuous flushing of up to **0 minutes when the tank is fully loaded.

5. During flushing process the water collected in the dustbin can be drained after being filtered and clean water can be refilled for a continuous flushing up to **0 minutes.

6. The combination of imported high-pressure water pump, high efficient and noiseless centrifugal fan, auxiliary suction nozzles featuring high-pressure water cleaning and patented V-shaped spraying pipes on the left and right sides can effectively drive waste water and garbage to suction nozzles, through which they are drawn into the dustbin to make road surface free from dust and collected water, achieving a good cleaning result.

7. The control system is comprised of electrically-control system, hydraulic system and pneumatic system. All the control operations can be done by driver at the cab. This design features humanism and minimizes the work pressure taken by the driver.

8. Optional functions including low-pressur sprinkling, side flushing, side flushing for elevated guardrail, single spot with multi-angle flushing for slush, high-pressure water flushing at both sides, spraying and dust containment can be specially designed based on the requirements of customers.
