1. Steel bar mesh welding machine use synchronization CNC technology, welding time and separate welding are controlled by PLC digital program.
2. It is easy and convenient to operate with the HMI (touching screen).
3. This machine equips typical and efficient transformer, which has 8-gear, enlarging the welding range. Professional electrode makes the wear low; it is used in many sides.
4. The fallen wire system sends weft wires one by one automatically instead of putting wefts wires by manual work, which increased the productivity.
5. The sending mesh system controlled by computer which makes longitudinal and transversal space adjustable. Mesh drawing system is controlled by servo-motor, which improves the precision of mesh opening size.
6. The main engine adopts imported and famous pneumatic components, which made the service life long.
