Machining Process:
Forging - rough turning - Heat Treatment - flaw detection - Finish Turning - assembly -Spraying Paint

Product characteristic:
1.Using high strength, abrasion resistant steel with heat treatment, especially for track links which link pitch is larger than **0mm, we use the best material *5MnB.

2.Using the material *0CrMo for Track Bushing, carburizing treatment both outside and inside, the hardness depth can be 2.5 to 3mm.

3.For Heat Treatment, we use water quenching technology, and choose the special quenching liquid.

4.For Machining, we use the CNC CONTROLLED MACHINES to guarantee dimentional tolerance.

5.All the track slices must be flaw detected by FLOW DETECTOR to eliminate unqualified track slice.

6.Sealed and Lubricated.

7.Excellent oil retention and dirt exclusion.

8.Excellent seal performance for extreme working conditions.

9.Available in standard and heavy duty versions.
