Application

Engine oil regeneration system Series LYE is particularly used to treat and regenerate all kinds of used mineral engine oil, lubricating oil and waster motor oil from car, motor, truck, ship, mines, electrical power and so on. in the industries of oil filed, mines, metallurgy, electric power, transportation, mechanical manufacture, and all kinds of engine oil used in the field of transportation like shipping, land-carriage etc.

It can not only remove the impurities, water, and acid matters, organic and inorganic acid effectively, but also can remove carbon particulate matters and peroxides. Besides, the bitumen, colloid and other sludge can be removed together.

After treatment by the machines, the color of the treated oil is recovered and the quality indexes are improved too, so as to resume the performance of the engine oil, to keep the engine in good lubricating conditions, to guarantee lubricating system of gas/diesel engine to work properly and to prolong the service life of the engine and the oil, finally, to economize the expense on oil purchasing and save the oil resource.

6. This system adopts advanced indefinite oil temperature control device, which can set the top and bottom oil temperature discretionarily to avoid frequent motions of beating AC contract and prolong the service life of AC contract.

7. This plant is equipped with integrated protection devices. Through each executive component, it can realize overall self-protection to the temperature, pressure, vacuum level, ultra-pressure etc.

Working principle

Waste oil is firstly pumped into primary filter to remove big size particles, then goes into reaction system through oil pump, adding certain amounts of flocculant and de-coloring additives into it, mixing and heating. Then with electric-charged particulate becomes big one under the effect of coacervation in waste oil by physical, chemical and sorption effects. At the same time, harmful gas is removed by gas exhausting system. Through the effect of degassing, dewatering, cooling, filtering, after that, the oil enters into high precision fine filter to remove more tiny impurities; finally the clean oil is pumped out by oil outlet pump.
