Xunda T 100 tape series is cold applied anticorrosion tape coating syestem for oil, gas,

 pertrochemical, waste water underline or overhead pipelines. 

These shapes  shall be applied after the primer and before the outer layer by hand or with a special machine.

Sturcture:

the specification of the tape has two layers,  adhensive layer and film backing.

adhensive layer:  butyl rubber

film backing:  special blend of stabilized polyethylene

 

 Feature:

    excellent adhensive to pipe and itself

    cold applied

     easily be applied without special machines

    resistant to UV

    can be applied over a wide temperature range

    good comformbility  and uniform consistant thickness
