1. VC PP 75 is a poly propylene based masterbatch containing 75% calcium carbonate. It is natural white with excellent dispersion.
2. It can be mixed with Poly propylene resin for extrusion, thermal forming, injection etc. and is easy to disperse with good compatibility. It functions as a modifierto improve the heat resistance, flexural strength, size stability and printability. It also reduces heat release from burning and thereforce prevents further environmental pollution.

1. General loading is recommended at 10%~40% with variation according to the products.
2. The processing temperature is set according to resins processing temperature and it applies well among 240±40oC.
