Description
The crude oil extracted from vegetable oil is not the pure triglycerides. Normally, there will be some accompaniments of axunge. For example, free fatty acids, phospholipids, pigments, waxes, cake crumbs, steroids, hydrocarbons, water and so on. These accompaniments are adverse to appearance of grease, food hygiene, use effect and storage, therefore, the edible oils must through the refining treatment. It has to use vegetable oil separator in the refining process. The function of separator is mainly about shucking off the oil sediments、soap stock and water. Another one is shucking off the residual soap and water from oil, and the content of residual soap is less than 300ppm.
