SY-30BY is hydraulic cap molding machine, we exploit and design it base on the SY-30B that according to the client requirements it is our second generation of machine, compare with the first generation machine SY-30B, it is have the following advantage:

oil cylinder provide the pressure, compare with the spring, the pressure stability is more better, every mold have the same pressure, it is good for the mould, the cap structure make by this more compactness, more durable. and it can provide the higher pressure, so you can use it to make the bigger diameter caps.

has the bigger capacity, its productivity is three or four times of injection molding machine, and cap shape speed more quickly, cap made by this machine looked more smooth and nice.
