The production of precipitated silica begins with the reaction of a solution of sodium silicate with mineral acid, after filtration, washing, and drying, then classification and packing. The products after drying have the uniform particles, and higher strength character.
According to the quality of the silica, we imported the advanced production technics and equipments, Especially, the leading dryer supplier-Niro A/S, Denmark supply one special design spray drying plant system with fluid bed dryer for silica project, which fill-up the blank of China.
The R&D Center has a lot of experts with strong technical background and experience. By continuous explore in the area of higher dispersible silica industry area, and use the most advanced analytic equipment, they have developed and produced several types of silica with wide application.

As feedstuff and foodstuff using, silica works as the carrier, transforming liquid to powder, can increase the fluid and anti-agglomerates.
