Description
Epoxidized soya bean oil is a kind of PVC Stabilizer and Plasticizer.
- Good compatibility with PVC resin
- Low volatility and little mobility
- Won't react in heat or light
- Water-proof and oil-proof
- Can make products have good mechanical strength, resistance to elements and electrical property
- Non poisonous and the assistant of food package materials authenticated internationally
- Can reduce the use level of other plasticizer, stabilizer and lubricant
Specifications:
1) Epoxy value (Oxirane oxygen content) 6.0 Min.
2) Iodine value 6.0 Max.
3) Viscosity(30C) 350 Max.
4) Acid value 0.8 Max.
5) Moisture 0.3Max.
6) Specific Gravity(25C) 0.990+ - 0.008
7) Refractive Index(25C) 1.470 + - 0.002
8) Color 180 Max.
Usage:1-Can be used in all the products of PVC, such as all kinds of food package materials, medical products, different kinds of film, sheet materials, tubing, sealing strip of refrigerator, artificial leather, plastic wallpaper, electrical wires and cables and other plastic products for everyday use.
2-Also can be used as special printing ink and liquid composite stabilizer.
