Description: ESD valves play a role as the first security assurance for natural gas exploiting well and treatment station, they are mainly used to protect the security of system. When system pressure exceeds the high limit, the valve can automatically close to stop device being damaged because of overloaded pressure. Meanwhile, when the system pressure is lower than the low limit, device may be broken for some kind of factors, and the valve can also automatically close to avoid natural gas (medium) leaking.
Performance Feature:
1. Design based on sufficient conditions and scientific ways of selecting materials guarantee the strength, rigidity and service life;
2. Scientific selection of hydraulic oil and the springs settled in the gas-liquid exchanging cylinder;
3. Adjust the shutdown value of high pressure and low pressure on the job site;
4. The emergent button can be operated at any time to realize emergent shutdown;
5. Refined manufacture can avoid ice barrier caused by medium with a large quantity of liquid;
6. The design of main valve ensures reliable shutdown in emergency.
