Description
ADL-III Duct Manufacture Auto Line is an equipment with high performance-cost ratio and suitable to manufacture TDF flange, angle steel flange as well as TDC flange. This equipment adopts international popular welded structure, which is sturdy and easy to clean up and maintain. It is so convenient for people to carry their equipments that both in-doors and field processing can use this line.

ADL-III Duct Manufacture Auto Line consists of a material feeding frame, a material transfer frame, a leveling and grooving machine, a notching and punching square device, a hydraulic folder, a hydraulic shearer and a CNC system. The material feeding frame adopts synchronous and internal bracing model and it can process coils with ID ranging from 480mm to 610mm.

The CNC system is equipped with an independent console luxuriously. At the same time, it has a closed-loop and feedback system and the industrial servo-motor can guarantee positive accurate movement. Chinese and English for the control-system can be easily converted.

The max feeding speed of ADL-III duct manufacture auto-line is 15m/min, the length tolerance is ±0.5mm and diagonal tolerance is ±0.8m/min.

This line can cut metals for various ducts.

The clients can choose the material auto-feeding system as per their needs.
