Introduction of 19Mn6 (100mm)

Performance:

1, The production process: electric furnace smelting - LF refining - VD vacuum treatment - Molded - ingot heating - Rolling - normalizing - tempering – detection testing - steel cutting test - warehousing.

2, Steel chemical composition:% (thickness 100mm)

C 0.2%, Si 0.39%, Mn 1.51 %, P 0.01%, S 0.003%, Cr 0.05 %, Al 0.042%, Mo 0.008%, Ti 0.003%, Cu 0.03 %, Nb 0.001%, Ni 0.02%, V 0.004%.

3, The mechanical properties of steel plates: (thickness 100mm) Re Rm A% O degree of impact 360 613 27 264

Main Applications of 19Mn6(100mm):

High temperature high pressure boiler plate--19Mn6, with the most advantage steel products of Wuyang, is mainly used in power station boiler drum reel production, we can produce it according to DIN17155 standards. And high-temperature tensile, flaw detection, thickness direction of the performance and other technical conditions can be available.

Notes:

1.Standard:
GB, ASTM, ASME, JIS, DIN, BS, EN, ISO and relative standards are available for the customers' requirements.

2, The performance of Z15, Z25, Z35 are available for various grades.

3.US Tests:
JB4730, GB/T2970, A435, A577, A588, JISG0801, JISG0901, SEL072, BS5996, NFS04-305 are supplemented by all testing means & devices.

4, Productis Specifications:

Thickness:8mm-650mm,
width:1500mm-4020mm,
Length:3000mm-27000mm.

In view of clinets' fferent requirements, we can supply more steel plates with various specifications.

5, Delivery States:
Heat treatment facilities for hot-rolled, controlled rolling, normalizing, annealing, tempering, quenching, normalizing plus tempering, quenching and tempering and other delivery states are available for customers'requirements.
