| Description |
U-PVC is the special-purpose adhesive for hard plastic .It is made with latest technology and has super viscosity. Compared with the similar product, it has the better viscosity at the beginning of adhering and better intensity.
It is suitable for caking the U-PVC pipeline, the fitting of enter and discharge pipe, cold and hot water circulation pipeline, it is also available in caking ABS plastic, PVC plastic film and plexiglass product.
It has many fine characteristic, such as the pressure resistance, heat-resisting, acid and alkali resisting.
There are two kinds of U-PVC.
viscosity: solid content â¥15%, viscosity â¥700mpa.s, it is transparent and ropy is applied to caking PVC pipelineâ¤3â.
2. High viscosity: solid content â¥20%, viscosity â¥1000mpa.s, it is transparent and ropy liquid. It is applied to caking PVC pipelineâ¥3â.
Direction:
1.Use sandpaper to make the surface of pipe or pipe fitting rough, chamfered edge.
grease, smirch of the contacted surface must be cleaned off by acetone.
3.Both sides of the material must be applied the glue. The inserting side of pipeline reverses 90 degree, in order to make its contact face have well-proportioned glue, then positioning.
U-PVC glue confirms to the technical standard of GB3024-82.
Storage: The glue should be stored in cool, dry and ventilated places with cover sealed. Keep away from high temperature and fire. The container should be sealed tightly.
