Flour is a powder made of cereal grains or roots. It is the main ingredient of bread, which is a staple food for many civilizations, making the availability of adequate supplies of flour a major economic and political issue at various times throughout history. Wheat flour is one of the most important foods in all culture, and is the defining ingredient in most styles of breads and pastries. Flour contains a high proportion of starches, which are complex carbohydrates.

Classic Chakki Ata
A high-quality, nutritious alternative to the age-old tradition of purchasing grain and having it ground at the local "chakki" or flour mill. It is used to make "Rotis" or Indian flat bread, "atta" flour is the bedrock of the Subcontinent diet. Chakki Fresh Atta flour offers a deliciously soft rotis, along with the convenience of a packaged, branded product. Chakki Fresh Atta has the benefit of "Whole Wheat Atta being good for your Family's Heart" (as part of a low fat diet).

Wheat Flour For Bakery Purpose
The wheat grain consist of three parts: the endosperm, the bran, which is mostly wall tissue and wheat's germ. The germ is rich in oil and it contains lots of vitamins. The endosperm is where the starch is stored. It also houses the protein that transform into gluten kneading. The wall contains significant amount of fibre. Wheat Flour is made from Whole Wheat Grain. It contains the protein content of 11 to 15%. For the preparation of most kind of bread a flour with a protein content of 11 to 13% is needed.
