Application


ZP17E is not only for pressing round shape tablets form various kinds of granular materials, but also different geometrical shape tablets, specially for small-scale batch production.




Salient Features



1. During operation, the speed of turret rotation, the depth of filling material and the thickness of the tablets can be adjusted. The pre-pressure unit and overload protection unit is included in the system. The mechanical buffer unit will prevent punches and apparatus from overload damage.

2. A dust collector is to take the residual power during operation, so that the blockage by the residual powder can be eliminated and collected powder material can be re-used.
