Application: Vitamin C is used as a nutritional supplement and antioxidant. It helps control scurvy, anemia, loss of appetite, and so on. It boosts resistance to infectious diseases. It may be used for food as a preservative, seasoning, or antioxidant. This product is a strong reductive agent, and can inhibit polyphenol oxidase’s effect. As such, it can be added to beer, fruit juice and other types of food as anti-oxidants.
Storage/Transportation: Store in a cool, dry, ventilated place. Do not mix or invert. Avoid exposure to heat and air pollution. Keep away from heat and moisture during transport.
Laws: FAO / WHO recommended daily intake: infants of 12 years - 20mg, 13 years old - 30mg, pregnant women (in their 2nd ~ 3rd month) - 50mg, lactating women - 50mg |
