Application: Its dilute solution in water is about 180 times sweeter then sugar. Its sweetness is very similar to sugar, but without a bitter or metallic taste.
Storage/ Transportation: Store in a cool, dry, ventilated place. Do not mix or invert. Avoid exposure to heat and air pollution. Keep away from heat and moisture during transport.
Laws: After entering the body, it quickly turn into amino acids and will then be absorbed, but not stored in the tissues. Phenylketonurias patients should not ingest this, so this should especially be marked on the product packaging or information sheet. ADI value of 0 ~ 40mg/kg (FAO / WHO, 1994). GRAS (FDA, 172.804, 1994). |
