Description

P.L.J offers a wide range of procuces and service for use in automotive glazing applications that all comply with ISO9001:2000.Windshield and sight lights with JINTUOPU PVB have excellent propeties in respect of safety , security, long term stability , noise reduction and UV protection.
Special properties:
1. High edge stability for excellent long life stability
2. Moisture insensitive adhension properties
3. Increased pre-press transparency and excellent optics of final laminate due to improved flow behaviour
4. Reduced plasticizer valatility
5. Easy edge trim after autoclaving
6. Low occurrence of odour after shaping of film sheets
7. Very low level of electrostatic charge

Shade band PVB
P.L.J P.V.B Shade band film is available in widths upto 2000mm, with max.shade band width of 450mm
P.L.J PVB is available in widths from 300mm to 2850mm (Not for film with shade band
P.L.J could now supply PE interleaved film

Packing and transportation
Packing
Every layer of PVB film rolls should be separated by PE film and vacuumed by aluminum foil, and put into wooden cases. The finished qualified product should be enclosed with the conformity certificate, quality feedback card and packing list, etc.

Transportation
Avoid exposing to the sun and rain and vigorous shaking during transportation.

Storage
The product should be stocked in clean warehouse under normal temperature. It is prohibited to keep the product under direct sunlight. Once the packing is broken or opened, it should be stocked under temperature of 20℃ ＋5℃ and in a relative humidity of 20%-40%
