Technical requirements and manufacturing characteristics:
The product material composition requirement pouring and the forging heat treatment, testing with high requirements, has excellent conductivity, thermal conductivity and high resistance to softening performance, even under high temperature high strength, high hardness, improved steam turbine during operation stability. The thrust bearing tile of our company in conjunction with Shanghai Turbine Co., Ltd. to jointly develop a new generation of thrust tile. With this product, significantly reduces the entire generator set temperature has reached 8 degrees, extending the service life of steam turbine to the safe operation of the equipment. Before relying on foreign imports in 2005, our company takes over the trial tasks, smelting, forging, heat treatment of the mechanical properties, etc. have done a lot of testing and verification, and finally achieved success, is the only unit of a successful trial. Ultrasonic (UT) by GB/T3310 copper alloy rod ultrasonic testing method) checks ≤ φ3, tensile testing according to the provisions of ASTME8, Brinell hardness according to the provisions of ASTME10.
