Description
Features:
1) The crane control unit QT5B is ergonomically designed and provides a high degree of comfort.
2) Equipment boxes: sheet steel. The top panel of the equipment box with the devices can be raised and locked in position.
3) The terminal strip is easily accessible via an opening on the inside that can be closed with a lockable cover.
4) The external wiring is run through a duct from the equipment boxes in the cross-member.
5) Seat: comfortable spring mounted seat, weight adjustment and air permeable artificial leather or textile material.
6) Inclination of cushion, backrest and armrest also adjustable.
7) Weight setting for optimum spring suspension.
8) Motorized adjustments: seat with equipment boxes vertical (inclinations adjustments forward/backward).
9) Cross-member: steel section, top of which can be raised to lay cabling. The seat with the boxes can be tilted forwards so that the cable duct in the cross-member is accessible.
10) Permissible ambient temperature operation -5?C to +40?C.
11) The height of installation place should no more than 2, 000m.

SQJ7 series cab is suitable for the circuit of 50Hz (60Hz), 380V (440V) DC, and mainly used in 5MT~50MT-10MT, heavy duty bridge type, gate type hoist cranes, also in derivation series hoist cranes.

SQJ7-I is the closed type cab, and is suitable for the place with ambient temperature of +50?C ~ +35?C; SQJ7-II is the open type cab, and is suitable for the place with ambient temperature of +10?C ~ +30?C; SQJ7-III is the heat preservation type, and is suitable for the place with ambient temperature of -25?C ~ +40?C.

SQT7 cab is suitable for the tower cranes; SQT7 cab is suitable for the construction elevators.

Electrical equipment that can be installed in the cab includes: cam controller, master controller, hoist crane control bench, illumination box, and electric fan.

This product has elegant appearance and broad field of vision, and may be installed with the main air-conditioner.
