Description
One- piece iron casting configuration with aging treatment, providing sufficient stability
The work table surface adopts special wear-resistance material.
The main spindles are precisely processed, assembled and dynamically balanced, guaranteeing superior stability and accuracy.
Feeding system adopts spring claw, providing adjustable pressure and perfect smooth feeding performance, guaranteeing surface quality of boards.
The top cutter is equipped with top and bottom motorized feeding rollers, providing sufficient feeding force.
Adjustable feeding speed by frequency converter with digital display( F series use variable steeples speed change),guarantee finished quality of all kinds of woods.
Digital display for elevating system, easy operation.
All the electric components and transmission units are purchased from quality international brands, guaranteeing reliability.
Fast belt tension adjustment and fast cutter change, guaranteeing high efficiency.
630 series are equipped with manual pump for sliding late lubrication. Further guaranteeing elevation system performance.
K type is equipped with numerical control fast thickness setting device, providing precise thickness setting and easy operation.
Optional spiral cutter block, more precise planning and less noise
