1. Cemented Carbide Materials for Dies
Our products have been widely applied in the field of Progressive Dies, Cold Heading Dies, as well as pressed Powder Metallurgy Dies. Our products have gained outstanding reputation for the significant high and stable performance. The excellent performance to price ratio makes our products more competitive than imported hard alloy material.
Specific technology of production controlling and inspection enables us to control internal stress of carbide materials for dies with big sizes so effectively that the products will never split while being machined by EDM-machining. There is no hole, crack or other defects in our products.
